Naturist Artists Network is a free directory intended to help people find, support, and commission naturist-friendly artists. By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Artist Accounts

Artists may create a free profile to display information about their work, commission availability, links, categories, profile image, and gallery images.

Your Content

You remain the owner of the profile information, text, images, and other content you upload. By adding content to your profile, you give Naturist Artists Network permission to display that content on your public profile and within the directory.

Limited License

The license you give us is limited to operating and displaying your artist profile. We do not receive ownership of your art, and we do not receive permission to use your images for unrelated commercial purposes.

Profile Promotion

We may promote your public artist profile, including through links on social platforms such as Bluesky. We will not simply repost or reuse your uploaded images directly as standalone content without your permission.

Acceptable Content

Profiles should be appropriate for a naturist-friendly artist directory. Content may be removed if it is illegal, abusive, hateful, misleading, exploitative, spammy, or unrelated to the purpose of the directory.

No Guarantee of Work

Naturist Artists Network helps visitors discover artists, but we do not guarantee commissions, sales, clients, income, exposure, or any particular result from being listed.

Commissions and Payments

Any commission, sale, payment, contract, or agreement between an artist and a client is between those parties directly. Naturist Artists Network is not responsible for disputes, non-payment, missed deadlines, quality disagreements, refunds, or other issues between artists and clients.

Account Removal

You may request removal of your account or profile. We may also remove or disable accounts that violate these terms or create problems for the directory or its users.

No Spam or Abuse

Do not use the directory to spam, harass, scrape, impersonate others, upload malicious files, or interfere with the operation of the website.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
